Working under the direction of the Director, Organizational Effectiveness and the Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, the student will provide support to the overall OE program including work related to the hospital’s recognition program, the management of a new learning management system, long-term service awards, the summer high school co-op program, providing data analysis on projects related to the organization’s Wildly Important Goals and other tasks as assigned.
This opportunity will provide great exposure to and hands-on experience in Organizational Effectiveness as well as work with a dynamic and engaged team. Please note this is an unpaid internship.
