Mackenzie Health is committed to creating a world-class health experience, by continually improving to ensure quality patient care. System-wide quality improvement is the vision that the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care provides for all health care sectors, using the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) as an enabler to support this goal.

 
Mackenzie Health’s QIP highlights our organization’s ongoing plans and using common language explains our priorities, targets and initiatives as well as how we will be able to chart our progress.
 
Our 2016/17 Quality Improvement Plan consists of the following:
