Wellness Session: Mindfulness -
Changing Habits Using Mindfulness

What you notice shapes your mind. What you pay attention to, determines your experience.”  We now know that our brain is more plastic than we initially thought. Research in neuroscience and contemplative practices has also shown that the steady practice of mindfulness impacts areas of the brain that modulate emotional reactivity and regulation, focus, concentration, outlook, resilience and so on. Join us this session as we discuss how practicing mindfulness can help you prime your brain for healthier habits and enable you to influence the intentional shaping and strengthening of your own mind.
