Dear Mr. Sweeney I want to take this long overdue opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation for the care my father, Mr. , received during his stay at the hospital. From the incredible nurses and physicians in the ER, the step down staff on the 4th floor through to the fantastic nurses, PCA’s and physicians on 3 North, the care and support he and our family received was truly exceptional. The support staff, including the porters and food services staff, were really a pleasure to deal with and worked very hard to ensure that everyone received the kind of care of which the administration can be very proud.
Thank you for everything that was done in helping my father recover from his injuries. Yours is a hospital and a staff that truly puts the word “care” into health care.

To whom it may concern,
I would like to take this opportunity in sending this email to commend the service and empathy that Dr. Villalobos and her administrative assistant, Rose Zagas provide to their patients. Their professionalism and care go beyond the call of duty as well as taking time out of their personal lives, outside of business hours, to communicate and follow up with their patients and their needs.
Taking care of the elderly requires people with compassion, patience and dedication; character traits that the above mentioned have portrayed. The standard of care they have both shared with me and my parents are exceptional as well as exemplary, We are fortunate and appreciative to having the care for my dad honored by Rose and Dr. Villalobos. At this time I would like to share with you my sincerest thanks.
