Procurement

Procurement is the process of acquiring goods, services or equipment for use in hospital operations.

Mackenzie Health is committed to an open and transparent procurement process as defined by the Broader Public Sector (BPS) Procurement Directive, issued by the BPS Supply Chain Secretariat, a division of the Ontario Ministry of Finance.

Our primary procurement partner is Medbuy Mohawk Corporation, an independent organization dedicated to delivering effective supply chain services for health care and uses strategic sourcing to drive economies of scale on behalf of its member and customer hospitals.
