Evening Yoga Class

With classes that are suitable for all levels - ranging from beginners to intermediate, yoga is a great way to get exercise, as it helps with fitness and flexibility, but it’s also allows you to de-stress and focus on yourself.

Session Audience: All employees, physicians and volunteers

Session Duration: 45 minutes

Date/Time: Wednesday, April 5th from 6:00-6:45pm & 7:30-8:15pm

Location: Atrium, A-Wing

Cost: Free

Instructor: Lauren Jett

Requirements: Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle

Registration: If you are interested in attending, please email wellness@mackenziehealth.ca with your preferred time for the classes. Please sign the consent form and the attendance sheet when you arrive. Please note, that consent forms need to be only signed once per year.
